DEM Custom Computers provides many services.  You can, of course, order a whole computer through demCC’s Design Your Computer section.  You can also order most of a computer or just parts.  And demCC offers much more:

• Have a computer repaired or upgraded.
• Have your computer and peripherals networked in your home or office.
• Ask DEM any computer-related question and get free advice.

New computer, same data

Get a whole new computer with all your current programs and data.  Send demCC your hard drive; we will transfer the data, including the operating system, to the computer you design.  You’ll have your same familiar computer, except faster, bigger in terms of hard drive and monitor, and better.  And with a demCCwarranty.

Upgrades

Upgrades of DEM custom computers are 10 percent off regular price.

Upgrades, as with building a computer, are charged per-part; demCC will offer to buy replaced parts at market price and subtract this from the total.

DEM Custom Computers can go to your house and pick up your computer to improve it.

Home Repair

Repair service at your home is free for DEM computers during the one year warranty period and 25 percent off regular price thereafter.

Home service on a non-demCC product is $25 an hour plus transportation costs, which are low due to the high gas mileage of the company’s Honda Insight ($/gallon X .015 gallons/mile X one-way mileage X 2 = $cost).  Time spent in transit is not charged.

Peripherals and part purchasing

Computer accessories and parts can be ordered through demCC at the same prices for which they are added to a custom-built computer or lower.
