Warranty

All DEM custom computers are guaranteed to function correctly for one year.  Home repair and part replacement is free during this time.  For computers that demCC upgrades, the parts and software upgraded is guaranteed for one year.  This warranty does not apply when you break the computer, for example by dropping it down a flight of stairs.

Hardware is warrantied for two years or for the length of the manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is longer.  DEM Custom Computers will take care of replacing any hardware that breaks down during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
