Fake FAQ, in which we ask questions we want to answer
How can demCC PCs be less expensive than ones from a company making 40 gazillion computers a week?
Things that make us cheaper:
- No huge advertising expenditures
- No bloated bureaucracy
- No 18% return on investment to stockholders
- Our children are starving (just kidding)
Things that work against us:
- No bullying suppliers into giving us super-low rates
- No mass-production of identical personal computers (which, of course, is not customization)
Things that raise our prices but really work in your favor:
- No sticking in inferior self-manufactured or ultra-cheap parts
- Well return your e-mails or phone calls
But dont take our word for it. Try to get a straight price on a computer for which, if not designed by you, you at least know what brands of parts are inside from one of our myriad competitors.
